Being over the age of 18 years I/We apply for membership of the Chineham Village Club and agree to abide by the Club Rules and the stated policies of the Club Committee. I/We understand that a false declaration will result in an automatic suspension from the Club. This form, together with necessary remittance and photograph(s) should be handed in behind the Bar or posted to the Membership secretary at: Chineham Village Club, Thornhill Way, Chineham, Basingstoke, RG24 8YE Cheques should be made payable to Chineham Village Club. Applications are subject to approval by the Club Committee and, in the event of not being approved, the fee will be refunded. Membership will not be granted until payment has been received.
